Let your dreams take flight! Do you dream? I am not asking about the regular dreams that you get when you fall asleep. I am asking about dreams that make you hungry, optimistic and make you work hard and restless. Let me ask it again now; do you dream? Do you have dreams that you want to fulfill and reach greater heights? Then let your dreams take flight and fly off to achieve your dreams. For a lot of people achieving their dreams is not easy and that is the reason why most people end up giving up their lifelong dreams. Do you have a dream? The first question that you need to ask yourself is if you have a dream that you want to fulfill? Do you have a dream that makes you restless and gives you peace when you try to fulfill it? Fulfilling your dreams is tough Let me be honest here, achieving your dream is difficult but let me also make it clear that although it is difficult it does not mean that it is impossible. Most dreams are possible and you can do them. All it takes is good planning and perseverance. Yes, perseverance is important to achieve your goals. You need to struggle, face failure, stay strong and fight for what you believe is your dream. You are entitled to your dreams and success. Have you ever watched a video or read a book about successful people? I have observed that successful people often try to make it look like it was easy for them to achieve their goals. They do so because most people do not want to know how they did it rather most people are interested in what they did. The journey to the top of the hill is tough, hard, filled with unexpected struggles, hardships, tears, sweat, blood, and a lot of fear of the uncertainty ahead. Expect the unexpected One of the best things to do while on a journey to the top of the hill is to set your mind towards what kind of unexpected difficulties you might face. Make a list of things that you might encounter. A list of things that might hurt your goals. If you are prepared for the worst then you will be ready for the best. Learn from the failures of others This is one thing that must be taught in schools, shared excessively on social media, and told to everyone with a dream. Learn from the mistakes of those around you. Read books and talk with people who have failed and this will give you an idea of the problems that might drag you down to the bottom. Nothing is worse than having to start again and again. Sleep as much as you can I know this is unorthodox advice. No one will ever tell you to sleep if you want to be successful. But I will tell you that when you are working hard and burning midnight oil you need to rest your eyes, your mind, your body so that when you wake up you will have a lot of energy to tackle all the issues at hand. You need to sleep so that you can dream more and wake up to turn those dreams into reality. Let your dreams take flight! First posted on: proofofbrain.io/@imransoudagar/ #OpenWriting
