Rice

Eggs

If the egg is heated a second time, its nutritional value is lost. Many harmful bacteria grow in eggs. These bacteria are very harmful to the stomach. In addition, the second time the egg is heated, the nitrogen in it is oxidized, which increases the risk of cancer. That's why, according to nutritionists, no matter how you cook or eat fried eggs, it's not okay to heat them a second time.

Chicken

Many people cook a lot of chicken meat at once to save time but chicken meat should not be eaten hot again and again. Because chicken meat contains a lot of protein. If it is reheated after cooking, the composition of the protein may change and it may cause indigestion.

Tea

In fact, spinach is converted to nitrite after heating the nitrate present. And this ingredient is not good for the body at all. That is why doctors recommend eating spinach as soon as it is cooked.

Mushrooms

Usually the fiber and enzymes in mushrooms help in digestion. It helps to increase the work of beneficial bacteria in the gut and also helps to increase the absorption of nutrients in the colon. And so eating mushrooms once cooked and heated a second time is very harmful for our stomach.
