Today evening there is a heavy storm and the weather is cold, The only food that came to my mind is the Teppanyaki type. So I decided to travel to the Mid Valley MegaMall food court call food junction. Inside there is a Teppanyaki stall.
After checking their menu, I order the slice beef set which is sold at RM18 per set.
For those who don't know what teppanyaki is, the word teppan refers to the metal plate on which it is cooked, and yaki means grilled, broiled, or pan-fried.
The teppanyaki grills are called teppan and are typically propane-heated, flat-surfaced, and are widely used to cook food in front of guests at restaurants.
Teppanyaki is all about watching the skilled maneuvers of the chefs preparing the food. If you are not sitting in front of the chefs, you better just go to any normal restaurant and order a stir-fry dish. It is enjoyable when there is a cold weather and the heat from the grill keeps you warm. Warm food is immediately served in front of you once it is done.
