For today's dinner, I am back at Putien to try out another dish. Putien is located at the Garden Mall, a restaurant that specializes in Fujian cuisine.
It won the 2016 Michelin One-Star Restaurant.
After looking at the menu, I order 1 person portion of the Putien "Ca Fen". It cost RM16.10 per person portion.
Putien "Ca Fen" is a mixture of mee sua, noodles, and bee hoon in a delicious, heartwarming soup with an assortment of vegetables, seafood, and pork. This dish is best eaten in a cold environment.
