While waiting for my lunch order to be complete, I saw this traditional Malaysian dessert call Pulut Inti and I buy 1 to eat after lunch.
Pulut Inti is made from glutinous rice and coconut milk and steamed. It is served with sweet grated coconut cooked with a tombstone. It is usually served in a pyramid-shaped banana leaf wrap.
