Good Luck Kopitiam Pan Seared Pork Chop with salted egg sauce
Today I have my lunch at this restaurant called Good Luck Kopitiam, it is located inside the Palette building at Genting Klang area. This restaurant specializes in Kopitiam dishes. It has an interesting interior design that looks like the 80 or 90 periods.
After looking at the menu, I order their Pan Seared Pork Chop with salted egg sauce which cost RM27.70 after including the 16% service tax. This dish contains pork chop, potato wedges, coleslaw salad served with salted egg sauce. The salted egg sauce is thick and fragrant with curry leaves. The pork chop is very well cooked and tender. Overall I enjoy the meal.
