Maria Signature deep-fried chicken with black pepper sauce

Today I visit Maria Signature at KLCC Suria Mall for my lunch to try out another dish. This restaurant specializes in steak dishes, however, if you are on a budget there is a lunch special menu you can try which is cheaper than ordering the same dish at another time.

After looking at their lunch special menu, I decided to order their deep-fried chicken with black pepper sauce. It is served with fried and some fresh vegetables. After including the service tax, the total cost is RM19.70.

Here are pictures of my deep-fried chicken with black pepper sauce. The dish is well cooked and the presentation is nice. The chicken is well fried with the out layer crispy while the inside is not overcooked.
