After lunch, I pass by this shop call Hazukido, a shop selling all sorts of Gourment Croissant. I saw this interesting croissant call Kaya Croissant selling for RM6.80 per piece.
For those who don't know what a croissant.
A croissant is a buttery, flaky, viennoiserie pastry of Austrian origin, named for its historical crescent shape. Croissants are made of layered yeast-leavened dough. The dough is layered with butter, rolled and folded several times in succession, then rolled into a thin sheet, in a technique called laminating. The process results in a layered, flaky texture, similar to a puff pastry.
Here are pictures of my Kaya Croissant.
