Today I buy for myself a treat at Nazukido, it sells all sorts of Gourment Croissant.
For those who don't know what a croissant.
A croissant is a buttery, flaky, viennoiserie pastry of Austrian origin, named for its historical crescent shape. Croissants are made of layered yeast-leavened dough. The dough is layered with butter, rolled and folded several times in succession, then rolled into a thin sheet, in a technique called laminating. The process results in a layered, flaky texture, similar to a puff pastry.
Here are pictures of all sorts of Gourment Croissants on sales when I am here.
After looking around, I decided to go for the Caramel Pudding Croissant. It cost RM9.70 per piece.
