Today lunch, I visit a Japanese restaurant called Hanare located in the Intermaek Mall. It is a high-class restaurant so the price here is going to be a bit pricy.
If you are like me want to try some of their food without spending too much than come here during lunchtime. There are 2 types of the menu here, one for lunch time and another for dinner time. The lunchtime menu is cheaper and contains a lot of set meals.
After looking at their menu, I order their shake yaki lunch set. shake yaki means grilled salmon. You can choose between shioyaki (salt grilled) or teriyaki sauce, the flavor is between a salty or sweet taste. I order the shioyaki type.
The set meal is served with appetizer, salad, steamed egg custard, rice, miso soup, pickles, and dessert. For dessert, it is matcha pudding.
My experience eating there is great, the salmon meat is fresh and well cooked. The meal is well presented and fulfilling.
