Who distributes the money on Cashrain to the communities? I don't know how the system works.
Money is distributed using the cashrain platform. Sources of money can be from the owner of the community or someone who is kind enough to support the community.
I understand, doing cashrain with your own money every day is quite expensive. How then can Doctom Kim distribute such a huge sum of money every day? Maybe it's his own property?
