Looking For A New Planet

The Covid 19 pandemic has highlighted several urgent issues that the global community chose to ignore: Too many humans wreaking havoc, serious loss of biodiversity due to human activity, serious global warming issues, an increase in the number and strength of natural disasters... Leading to a huge increase in space exploration and the search for habitable planets. The challenge of space emigration being the limitations of planet earths inhabitants and their specific needs for life-supporting elements like oxygen, food, water, climate, and life span. Given these limitations, we will have to find a new home very similar to the home we have right now. Given all the different events that have to occur and the billions of years it took for these events to occur by random "chance" events it may be difficult to find an exact replica of planet earth. Instead, it may be wise to "seed" different planets in order to build a new planet earth. Since we know or think we know the events or the chemical events that led to life as we know it, we could try and speed up billions of years of random events into a few hundred years of targeted focused trial and error initiatives to "make" a new planet. If we can't do that we will need to change the existing "setup" of living beings on planet earth to either adapt to the worsening conditions here or to adapt to the conditions of a different planet and its conditions. Maybe a planet with low oxygen and water levels, without a sun... All living beings may have to change shape and size to adapt to new conditions. Be well, be safe, be happy.
