When my headache attacks, I feel every part of my body is aching and severely suffering from pain. I experienced banging my head on the wall just to feel relieved of the pain.

This is not the first time that happened to me, this is the second time. The first time was chronic pain, which made me bed rest for six days long. This time, just a few hours and the pain has gone. I never consult the doctor about this headache before. But because of the pain, I decided to look at it on Google, and here are the things I discovered.

In some patients, a headache may need instantaneous medical scrutiny. Seek immediate medical supervision if you’re encountering these kinds of headaches:

1. Stiff neck

2. Rash

3.Vomiting

4. Confusion

5. Slurred speech

6. Any fever of 100.4°F (38°C) or higher

7. Paralysis in any part of your body or visual

There are symptoms I experienced when a headache attack me but I failed to seek medical care.

Primary headaches happen when the pain in your head is the ailment. Your headache isn’t occurring precipitated by something that your body is struggling with, like infection or allergies.

Headaches can be episodic or Chronic:

Episodic headaches may happen every so frequently or even just one time in a bit. They can endure anywhere from half an hour to various hours. Chronic headaches are more invariant. They exist most days out of the month and can last for days at a time. Headaches are behaved toward by thinning out the mucus that creates up and results in sinus tension. In these outbreaks, a pain supervision plan is important.

1. If you have a tension headache, you may suffer a dull, aching feeling all over your head. It isn’t trembling. Tenderness or acuity around your neck, forehead, scalp, or shoulder muscles also might exist. When an uncertainty headache comes to be lasting, several courses of prosecution may be indicated to deal with the basic headache trigger.

2. Cluster headaches are distinguished by serious burning and penetrating discomfort. They arise around or rearward one eye or on one side of the face at a moment. Sometimes bulging, redness, flushing, and sweating can happen on the side that’s influenced by the headache. Nasal congestion and eye tearing also frequently occur on the same viewpoint as the headache. These headaches happen in a sequel. Each headache can survive from 15 minutes to three hours. Most people encounter one to four headaches a day, usually around the same time each day, during a cluster. After one headache settles, another will rapidly follow.

3. Migraine pain is a severe palpitation from thick within your head. This pain can persist for days. The headache relatively restricts your capacity to accomplish your day-to-day habit. Migraine is trembling and usually one-sided. People with migraine headaches are always emotional to glow and sound. Repulsion and spitting up also usually happen. Migraine seizures might carry out in your family, or they can be correlated with other nervous system situations. Women are three times more likely to expand migraines than men. People with post-traumatic tension illness also have an increased migraine.

4. Headaches sometimes occur as an effect of an allergic reaction. The discomfort from these headaches is frequently concentrated in your sinus area and the veil of your head. Sinus headaches are dealt with by thinning out the mucus that assembles up and impacts sinus pressure.

5.Women generally suffer headaches that are associated with hormonal fluctuations. Menses, birth restraint pills, and pregnancy all involve your estrogen statuses, which can cause a headache. Those headaches related precisely to the menstrual cycle are also known as menstrual migraines. These can happen right before, during, or right after menses, as well as during ovulation.

6. Caffeine affected blood ebb to your brain. Having too sizably can give you a headache, as can quitting caffeine. People who have frequent migraines are in danger of activating a headache due to their caffeine use.

7. Exertion headaches occur instantly after intervals of intense physical activity. Weight lifting, running, and sexual interaction are all formal triggers for an exertion headache. It’s supposed that these actions cause boosted blood flow to your skull, which can oversee a palpitation headache on both aspects of your head.

8. High blood pressure can affect you to have a headache and this type of headache warnings an emergency. This occurs when your blood pressure becomes dangerously increased.

9. Rebound headaches, also known as treatment overuse headaches, can suffer like a dull, tension-type headache, or they may suffer more intensely uncomfortable, like a migraine.

10. Post-traumatic headaches can expand after any type of head injury. These headaches stand like migraine or tension-type headaches, and conventional, last up to 6 to 12 months after your trauma happens. They can come to be a chronic.

For all of the types of headaches, I have learned that I'm experiencing these 3 kinds of headaches:

  • Tension headaches

  • Cluster headaches

  • Migraine

  • Allergy or sinus headaches

If you have a headache that lasts more than two days or that increases in intensity, you should see your doctor for assistance.
