I don't post to channels for precisely this reason. I follow some, mainly to comment on other people's posts and find interesting new people.

I hope, that the members don’t have to wait for hours on our channel to approve their posts. Unfortunately, we are not online 24 hours a day either. The Filipino moderator moderates by night, if I sleep, we are two during the day, but my other moderator has a family, with two small children.
