⚠ Important notice for #Metamask wallet! The other day, I received an e-mail message about my Metamask wallet on my e-mail account. In the e-mail sent, it was stated that authentication process should be done until February 14, 2022 for my Metamask wallet. They also asked me for the Metamask seed words. #Cryptocurrency exchanges with Metamask and other wallets will never ask you for seed words or your password. Of course, I was immediately suspicious. Because the e-mail address that was sent to me was not the Metamask support address. Moreover, why would a #crypto #wallet like Metamask do #authentication? I immediately emailed Metamask support and asked about the situation. About 2 days later, the response came and reminded that it was a #phishing #email. Therefore, be careful and do not share your crypto wallet information with anyone if something like this happens to you. I also complained about the e-mail address in question. (Report: Fraud.ftc.gov)
