HIT & RUN Soo...this happened yesterday a Van that doesnt seems to be a local here run over the water pipe and just seems like they didnt notice/bother to take responsibility of their mistake. All that clean water just gushing in the canals for almost half.a day..what a waste and we dont have source of water for drinking n hygiene purpose, which made me realize more how important cleam water is.. Took abit while for the higher ups to take action and repair the pipes. but end of the day nobody figure out whos the culprit is or the owner of the van. Lesson learned always keep stock of clean water incase of accidents like this!
