unexpected treasure found yesterday up in a mountain walk two leccinelum lepidum were waiting for me to pick them up and i didnt lose the chance to get them i honestly didnt expect i could find any more of these after the latest snow but here they are nature is always surprises us leccinelum lepidum is a species which we can find during autumn and winter time if temperatures allow the growth of them about the taste of this mushroom i would say much better than the ones you buy from the local market most of the times i dry them out and keep them in glass bottles for later consumption have a great day !!!
