it is really nice when you have a problem with a site to get prompt help from their support this is the case with TRUSTDICE guys...i'm so overwhelmed with their support https://rb.gy/rvdzn6 listen to my story...what i'm about to describe you just happened i bet on basketball match... i bet 2 times the same team... the outcome was a win but the system credited as i have lost the bet so it deduct the tokens from my account i immediately send a support request on their chat room...not mail...chatroom i got an answer in 5 minutes!!!! the admin went through my problem in an extremely polite way, and after checking again and again, he refund me the tokens 2000 satoshis in my account balance i think she could find all the excuses in the world to reject my ticket but this was not the case GREAT RESPECT FOR THAT, TRUSTDICE...i don't know about you guys but TRUSTDICE won my appreciation by personal experience and not because i read something somewhere! check on the dialog below (it is the end of the dialog, it was quite long to get it all in a screenshot)
