Why You Should Consider Joining Pi Network? **Discover Pi Network – A New Cryptocurrency with Growing Potential** Pi Network, a new cryptocurrency launched on February 20th, 2025, is gaining traction in the crypto space. It is currently available for trading on four exchanges that have passed Know-Your-Business (KYB) verification, ensuring a safer trading environment. While other exchanges may support Pi, they might not be as reliable due to the lack of similar recognition. I believe Bitcoin Cash (BCH), CashTokens, and SHIBCH communities should explore Pi Network as it could open new opportunities and foster collaboration between these ecosystems. If BCH supporters find the Pi Network beneficial, they can stay engaged; if not, they can convert their Pi holdings into BCH, ultimately bringing liquidity back into Bitcoin Cash projects. With CashTokens projects struggling for liquidity, this could be a unique chance for their leaders to tap into a new source of free liquidity. **Join Pi Network for Free – Here’s How** Signing up for Pi Network is simple and free. Use my referral code **francis105d1** to receive 1 free Pi upon registration. Keep in mind that you must sign up with your real name, as Pi Network requires Know-Your-Customer (KYC) verification to claim mined coins. 👉 **Sign up here:** https://minepi.com/francis105d1 After signing up, remember to mine Pi every 24 hours. A simple trick is to set an alarm for the same time each day to ensure you never miss a mining session. To increase your earnings, you can invite others using your referral link or run a full desktop node. **Running a Full Pi Node – What You Need to Know** Running a full node requires opening ports **31400 to 31409** on your internet service provider (ISP). Unfortunately, many ISPs block port forwarding for residential customers. In such cases, a VPN with port forwarding support is necessary. I recommend **TorGuard VPN**, which offers affordable port forwarding services at around $5 when using discounts and affiliate links. Setting up port forwarding with TorGuard is straightforward. Follow the guide here: TorGuard Port Forwarding Guide. https://torguard.net/indexori.php?rp=/knowledgebase/276/Getting-Started-with-TorGuard-Port-Forwarding.html I will update this article with my TorGuard referral link soon for those interested in a cost-effective VPN solution. **Final Thoughts** There is no harm in trying out new things, especially if they come with potential benefits. Whether you decide to stay with Pi Network or bring your earnings back into Bitcoin Cash or CashTokens projects, you’re allowing yourself to explore a growing crypto ecosystem. Join now and start mining Pi for free!

A KYC coin, bad idea.
KYC on exchanges is part of the original sin. Many already are doing it every time they need to trade for fiat
When fiat is involved then it is usually a necessary evil because banks are involved, but requiring KYC to stake/claim crypto is a new low.
It is to replace the need for hard intensive mining that only hurts the environment. KYC to help distribution of the tokens instead of mining as BTC and others do. You can create a wallet without KYC if you buy. You only need to KYC if you want free coins. Leave your previous beliefs about crypto behind, this is knew. They aren't reinventing the wheel. Pi is just adding a wagon. BTC is trying to say rocks are better than a wheel with a wagon on top.
The innovation of Bitcoin is that it is fairly distributed without the need to ID yourself, hence trust-less. If Pi needs your ID to achieve fair distribution then it is a step backwards.
Really? Fairly distributed.? You must be naive to believe that. It is obvious that at least until 2011 no one knew about BTC which until this day it means about 2000 people held and continue to hold more than 50% of the supply. BTC distribution is not fair, it never was and it won't be either. You can find this if you are willing to research it but most prefer to ignore it because of greed. But greed can only drive you so far until something better appears. But only time will tell if we already found something better than BTC. BTC won't be the best option forever because that thinking only goes if the world stops innovating. Is Pi that innovation? I don't know but I hope it is because I am sick and tired of BTC and by extension even BCH of trying to impose themselves as the last innovation as if we humans stopped thinking and unavailable to create new things. I have been having feelings that BTC has failed and I don't think that BCH is any better. I am still battled by BCH but with BTC I am sure. I hope a competitor force change within BTC and all altcoins. I prefer that than a crisis to force change
I dumped all my BTC years ago because the project was hijacked by bankers. The price is only high because the kings of fiat have been pumping it. This will end badly for all those who piled into this scam not understanding what has happened. Bitcoin (BCH) is to be used as money and will gain value over a long period of time as adoption grows. You should be acquiring it day by day, month by month, year by year. Then spend along the way as needed. Scanning your face and handing over your ID to get some free tokens is not a solution.
"Scanning your face and handing over your ID to get some free tokens is not a solution". It is more like an option, you are not force to get free tokens, nor buy it at all. If you want to interact with the network and do transactions on it, you will need to either get them for free and KYC or buy and create a KYCless wallet just like any other crypto. Choice exists.
I agree, if you are OK with doing that I have no problem with it. I would recommend exchanging it to BCH though. Sounds like you may have gotten into BCH with the expectation of getting rich quick. You have to think of BCH as money and work in whatever way you can to earn as much of it as possible, just like you would do with fiat. People really need to get the notion out of their head that it is an investment. When I got into BTC in the early days it was because I saw it as a way to transact freely and own my own wealth. Now BCH fills that same purpose since BTC has been taken down.
