My Bitcoin Cash t-shirts make my friends and relatives ask me questions about BCH.
I hold a little bit of Bitcoin Cash, and I like the idea of peer-to-peer currency, and I think that the Satoshi white paper is one manifesto that means a lot for the modern world and the future of the next generation that will come after us. After holding some BCH and finding out how it works and that it is like BTC used to be, now I am a fan of it.
Yeap, I got some t-shirts for free quite a while ago, no questions asked; I just got the money and bought it, but the story doesn't end there; it only starts there, well, at least that's how I see it. I purchased the t-shirts using purse.io, and that was my first time using that service, so I got to learn something new and for free, which was a good service, in my opinion. I would recommend others use it if they have some BTC or BCH and wish to buy something from Amazon. I am not sponsored by purse.io; I am just a happy customer.
Once I got my t-shirts, I went ahead and wore them going to work and visiting my friends and family; my friend right away wanted to wear one as well, and they didn't care that it was a Bitcoin Cash t-shirt; some of them already hold other cryptos, so I guess for them if something is free they will get it, but the truth is they wanted to wear it because they know about cryptocurrencies now and also because it looks good. There is a market for wearables. Otherwise, Amazon wouldn't sell t-shirts.
Even my closest family members also wanted to get their t-shirts once they saw me with one because their children are also involved with cryptos, and since they can see it on their Robinhood accounts, they know about cryptos now. They had to buy their own because I only got four t-shirts and I was down to 3, so I needed to save them.
At work, one of the co-workers who talked to me very often the moment he saw me asked me what is that t-shirt all about because they had never seen me with t-shirts with big logos. I had to explain to him that it was Bitcoin Cash. I told him that Bitcoin Cash is almost like buying stocks because you need the price to go up if you want to make money; he couldn't understand what Bitcoin Cash's definition was. I didn't explain the peer-to-peer part, and he was already struggling. Still, when I told him that you could buy it and only make money if the price goes up that he understood right away, so he pretty much said to me that he would research the whole thing. Even if he doesn't, if in the future he hears the name BCH again, he will feel familiar with the brand, so I suspect that once the price goes up more, he will be intrigued by the price and not the reason BCH exists, but that's progress in my opinion.
I mentioned to him that price goes up and down and that you can get your money in at one place and get it out at another because it is sold internationally, and that's something that he told me is an excellent thing, once again he told me he would research it and try to understand it.
People are asking me because I wear the Bitcoin Cash t-shirt logos. They will be more familiar and could decide to invest, in my opinion, that's a good result because giving the name and what it is, is the start of seeding the project to new people. I think that wearing things related to Bitcoin Cash as a BCH supporter is advertising the project, and I believe that in the long term, it could pay up, as long as the person wearing it can explain in small talk and try to explain it quickly what it is and what it does.
My friend that now holds XRP bought it because I introduced him to cryptos, and once he got some money, he went and bought some XRP; I advised him to buy BTC at that time more than four years ago. As you can see mouth to mouth advertising works in some situations.
The point of all that I am writing is to spread Bitcoin Cash, but I do it because I wish to share the good news, and I believe that BCH will succeed as the real Bitcoin. If you sincerely spread the BCH and don't do it because of tips but an actual feeling that you are doing the right thing, the money will come to you just because you are being sincere; let me tell you something being honest about your opinions pays off in the long run, don't try to force things they will come on its own.
For everyone else that is reading this and plans on becoming a writer, YouTuber, or any content creator, try to be yourself, don't worry about anything else but try to tell the truth as you see it, and don't worry. If you are honest with yourself and your audience, people will notice you, and they will reward you and don't worry about income and tips. That will come on its own at its own time.
Writing and creating content for BCH is just something that I have wanted to do for a long time. I couldn't because, to tell you the truth, many social media websites ban you or censor you if you don't follow their narrative, so I do this as a fan. I don't know how long I will continue to do it either. I am doing it out of my free time, and I am not expecting compensation; my compensation will be that someone in this big world may use what I wrote for their benefit, which will mean I have done my job. Just like I learned from others about cryptos in general, I guess now is my time to try to pass on what I have learned.
See you around and have a nice day.
