It is the preference of most of us to be conscious of being aware and order the necessary steps instead of just standing there doing nothing and waiting.

Active rest contradictions!
I have been in an active rest for a while due to the effect of winter and a shortage of products grown in my region during this period. There are other factors to this, but even without them, this active rest becomes a necessity rather than a desire at any time of the year.
When physical activities suddenly decrease due to seasonal and seasonal pauses, the need for rest becomes a bodily need with the effect of fatigue from previous periods.
Of course, this desire for rest, which is a bodily need, does not cover my mind. When I harmonize bodily rest with mental activity, I will provide the active rest I mentioned.
We can define active rest as working at regular intervals without tiring oneself and allocating the needed sleep and rest times for oneself.

For the first time, I have pre-titled an article, I should briefly explain why I thought about this title before the article was even formed.
Salad is an additional type of greens that has established itself in many food cultures. It is an integral part of some dishes and as its variety increases, the flavor it leaves on the palate increases.
It has an important role in Turkish food culture and besides all meat dishes, a salad with lots of greens is made. Parsley, arugula, dill, lettuce, cabbage, radish, carrot, green onion, red cabbage, green pepper and many more flavors that I can't think of come together in a single plate. Adding various sauces and pomegranate juice adds flavor to its flavor.
Contrary to the title, this is not going to be a dish or salad recipe! I'm just going to create a salad with variations from my life and mind.

It can be compared with the harmony that a person will show in his social, academic and private life. As in the past, learning ability alone is not enough to determine IQ. Learning, perception, transfer to the other side can be measured by the harmony it will show in the environment of friends, family and society.
Since "mental disability" is an area open to abuse, the relationship of the person, especially with adult individuals, includes a constant observation requirement. People with this disability are not determined to say "no", they are easily trustworthy and open to being deceived.
The diagnosis of "intellectual disability" is made before the age of 18, and it is made by taking into account the limitations in processes such as the concept, perception, learning, reflecting what is perceived, compatibility, which the person displays in family, school and social environments. He is subject to a special education.
The reasons for its formation are genetic diseases, lack of oxygen during birth, some febrile diseases that may occur after birth, consanguineous marriages.

Drama = Trauma
I encounter so many dramas in my life that I don't watch drama movies or series just because of this. My movie searches are mostly in the genres of science fiction, action, adventure and nature.
During my journey here I had the chance to read some shared family dramas, which are often touching and sad.
It can be a very tearful scene, as it would be the biggest pain for a child to not see his/her mother or father for various reasons, to lose them early or vice versa, or for a mother or father to lose their child. **No parent should see their child slip out of life.**
In family dramas, one or both parties often have more than one fault, with some exceptions. These mistakes repeat and start to create drama, and when it comes to marriage, the most affected parties are **children.**
You cannot tell any child about the incompatibility between the parents and the separation as a result, for them, the opposite of conflict and separation is to be without a mother or father and to grow up away from the family environment.
I am the only single child in our family, I have 3 sisters and 1 brother. As a result of their marriage, I have 7 nephews. Unlike my other siblings, I like being single, it gives me the freedom to live my life with the flow as it puts less responsibility on me. But the fact that you don't have a child increases your responsibility towards your nephews, I can show myself as an example because I have the opportunity to experience this.
7 Among my nephews, 2 of them are very special, they are more like sons to me than nephews. The reason for this is a drama for the family. My sister gave birth to 2 boys from her marriage. When one of them was 3 years old and the other 1 year old, their father left them behind and completely disappeared from their lives.
Being without a father at the age of 1 and 3 is the same as not knowing your father at all in your life, they never knew their father, I can guess that he is alive and where he lives, but because I would not meet someone who left his whole family behind with good feelings, we removed the father figure and personality from our lives. Since my nephews do not have a father figure in their lives, they are very much influenced by my life and what I do.
My nephews, who were 3 and 1 years old when they were abandoned by their father, are 14 and 12 today. The 14-year-old is already over my height and goes to Health Vocational High School, I don't know exactly what the father character means to them because we never talk about this in front of them. Both know that their father is alive, but they have not made any effort to even see it in the picture until today, and I do not want to offend or upset them about this.
We are currently trying to renovate a house we bought for them, we are trying to change some of its interior parts and renew parts such as kitchen and bathroom. Natural gas floors just finished. So they will get rid of living in rent with their mother and they will be promoted to be family. My sister's income is enough to provide her and her 2 children with an ideal standard of living. That's why they need moral support more than any financial support, and we are with all their brothers and sisters in providing this moral support. I love him and the 2 nephews he has with a little more privilege.
I will share a more detailed article about the renovation work in their house in the coming days, I took some pictures, but the renovation process was a bit delayed due to my corona and recovery process. I don't know the answer to the question of how to make up for the lack of one of the family members, since my whole life has been spent in a family that is connected with everything. Is it because they are close to each other at the ages of 12 and 14, or because it is a form of fatherlessness? Unknown, as two brothers, they are very attached to each other and have an overprotective instinct. Although this has caught the attention of all of us as a family, not being able to do anything and just watching increases our sadness.
I still think that their lives were influential in my being single and acting far from marriage. People should know that responsibilities get heavier when they get married and when they have children, these responsibilities will become much heavier and they should act accordingly. **There is no rule that every marriage will continue until death, but when you become a parent, you should know that this is a responsibility that will continue until you die.**

During the compulsory quarantine days that started in the last week of 2021 and continued until the end of the first week of 2022 and lasted for 2 weeks, my only connection to the outside life was the window of my room.
I exclude technological products such as telephone and television from this scope because I am talking about real life here.
In the first days, the thought of not being able to go anywhere caused a recklessness stemming from a simple desire to rest, the thought that I would make the most of this time, rest and stay more active in the virtual world had taken over my mind.
If we go into the disease dimension, I have been one of the patients who survived the corona quite easily and mildly, I did not encounter any symptoms other than an extreme cold and a few days of weakness that followed right away. Is the vaccine good, or is it because I have a strong immune system, or is it my mom's good food? I don't know exactly what the reason for my light lapse actually was, but if I have a choice, I wouldn't hesitate to choose my mother's fine dishes.
Anyway, let's leave aside both the disease and the mother aspect of the job.
I just want to talk about the difficulties of not being able to do any activities and contribute to any outside life during the mandatory quarantine days. Not being able to do the things I do every day anymore caused a mental breakdown as the days passed. I sometimes exaggerated this situation and reflected it in the articles I shared here.
…and as I thought at first, I couldn't stay more active in the virtual environment, on the contrary, the time I spent got shorter every day.
On a day like this, I could see the light drizzle from my room window, and I could feel the sun coming out from another angle at the time, but I couldn't see it. I saw the rainbow appearing in my view right behind him, but my vision was very limited as other windows around me blocked my view.
I think it was the day when I felt the most fatigue, I wanted to go out, but the mandatory ban suddenly appeared in my mind, I couldn't do it because there was always active people on the street, the thought of putting them at risk was enough to prevent me from going out.
…but the solution was still in my mind, going out on the roof of the house I lived in was not considered leaving the house and I would not have violated the ban.
I immediately went to the stairs, but not with my old practical and agile movement, but I reached the stairs with the appearance of a weak and slightly bent patient.
I had never counted the stairs that I had climbed up and down many times over the years, but I counted every step I climbed that day due to fatigue and strain. After climbing exactly 66 steps, I reached the roof. The sky, the mountains in front of me and the last quarter of the city were in front of me in all their majesty.
My target was none of these, but the vertical rainbow that had appeared over the mountain. I vaguely photographed it many times, always more horizontal than anything I had seen before, and the starting and ending points were predictable. Here the beginning is the boundless sky, and the end is the mountainside. Moreover, it was the rainbow that I have watched for the longest time and that I will never forget in terms of my way of being, coming out and seeing. It instantly took away my lost freedom and the pressure of my mind. As I watched the surroundings, my breathing got deeper, and finally, there was no trace of the fatigue I felt.
You can understand how valuable they are when you cannot do the daily activities that you see as ordinary due to illness or other reasons, and you feel like you are suffocating every time you cannot do it.
During the last and first weeks of the year, I experienced these as intensely as possible, I'm not talking about the effects of the disease, I'm talking about the freedom that the disease takes from you and your limited activities.
Only these thoughts and the pressure of being imprisoned enhanced my already existing empathy. I am amazed at how those who make a habit of constantly committing crimes get rid of these pressures. The 2-week period will be one of the longest periods of my life, we have encountered certain bans before as part of the epidemic, but the quarantine process was not like them.
The phrase “freedom is in the skies” that I heard a lot became true for me and the rainbow that enveloped the mountain slope from the sky gave my freedom back and improved my ability to breathe more deeply.

Karagoz and Hacivat
Hacivat and Karagöz play is a two-dimensional shadow play based on mutual conversation and imitation.
There are many rumors about whether these two characters actually lived, but the closest to the truth dates back to the first years of the Ottoman Empire.
It is the story of the characters of Halil Hacı İvaz (Hacivat), who worked in the construction of a mosque in Bursa during the Orhan Gazi period, and Kambur Bali Çelebi (Karagöz), a blacksmith from the village of Samakol in Thrace.
Hacivat and Karagöz, who work in the construction of the mosque, do not work enough themselves, and they prevent other workers from working because of their games based on funny dialogues. Workers would gather around them and listen to the imitation and rhyming conversations between them and laugh. Construction wouldn't go ahead because of their impromptu show.
Then, if the construction of Orhan Gazi Mosque is not completed before the appointed day, he said to them, "If the mosque is not completed on time, I will take your head" and the mosque will not be completed on time. Hacivat and Karagöz are held responsible for not completing the mosque construction on time and they are executed by beheading.
Seyh Küsteri, who loves Karagöz and Hacivat very much and is very sorry for their deaths, starts making puppets and playing them behind the scenes after their deaths. In this way, the shadow play of Hacivat and Karagöz is recognized and has survived from the 14th century to the present day.
As I said above, this is not a definite information, there are different narrations on this subject. The two did not attract the attention of historians because they were not well known when they lived. Their movements and ways of speaking have made them the most important characters of the shadow play theater.
There are different rumors about how and where the shadow play theater came to the Ottoman lands.
**First opinion;** Yavuz Sultan was brought to Anatolia from there during Selim's conquest of Egypt.
**The second opinion:** It is that it came to Anatolia by the Gypsies from India.
**Third opinion;** It was brought by the Jews from Spain and Portugal.
**Fourth opinion;** The shadow play, which passed from China to the Mongols, is that it was brought by the Turks who migrated from Central Asia to Anatolia. The puppet play called "Çadır Hayal" or "Kolchaks" in tents in Central Asia bears similarities with the Hacivat and Karagöz plays.
It is a form of show that I found quite entertaining in my childhood and that I watched by going to shadow theaters at every opportunity. Although there are different characters in the shadow plays exhibited, the most memorable names and plays are Hacivat and Karagöz. The most entertaining and funny characters of the Ramadan months in the past have been an important source of entertainment for different generations at certain times.
I can guess that there are similar shadow play characters in many countries, maybe there are characters created for important personalities in the history of every country. They may be made up of imaginary characters who have actually lived or never lived, but do they contain both sadness and comedy as much as "Hacivat and Karagöz"? This place may contain an obscurity. Like the unknowns in their lives.

Upon this, Mustafa, who is in deep thoughts with his wife, thinks about the house he is responsible for taking care of, his wife and 2 children. Since he is 40 years old and has never worked in any profession before, it is difficult to find a new job, he does not even apply for many jobs because he is aware of this.
He has started treatment, but his mind is still preoccupied with thoughts about how to support his home. His house has a large garden, that is the first thing that comes to mind, and thoughts about what he can do there pass both in his mind and in front of his eyes like a storyboard.
The idea has settled in his head, he starts working on "seedling breeding". The next day, he arranges the garden and prepares the suitable area for growing the seedlings. Since citrus and fig trees are the most grown tree species in the region where he lives, he starts with citrus seedlings. It plants seeds and small saplings of citrus species such as orange, tangerine, grapefruit, lemon into bags and pots. After a while, it starts to prepare the seedlings on a weekly and monthly basis, and divides the seedlings planted every month or week into classes according to their development. When it is time to sell the first seedlings, they do not have any difficulty in selling because they set their prices below the market value.
In the following days he grows more seedlings, when they are sold he grows more and owns tens of thousands of seedlings. With some of the money he earned from the sales, he buys a vacant land, makes it suitable, and plants tangerine seedlings from his own citrus varieties. On the one hand, it continues to grow seedlings and on the other hand, it meets the needs of the tangerine garden it has created.
When the tangerine trees growing in the garden grow, he earns an unthinkable amount of money from there, buys new gardens and plants different species such as oranges, tangerines and lemons. Moreover, he does not pay any extra money because he grows the seedlings himself, he never stops growing seedlings, and thanks to the trees grown in the gardens he buys, the values he buys have increased hundreds of times and he makes extra profits thanks to the fruits grown every year.
Now a construction worker, Mustafa is happy to have millions, while he was struggling to support his family when he was a construction worker. Despite the kidney transplant, Mustafa died at the age of 65 from multi-organ failure as a result of increasing discomfort due to the body's rejection.
If it were not for his illness, Mustafa would have continued to work in construction and would not have been able to discover the way to the top from where he was, his bad situation forced him to take different ideas and new initiatives. The fact that he produced a different perspective and created an opportunity for himself when he was in a difficult situation caused him and his family to have better days.
I want to repeat the first sentence I said. “When God closes one door, he will surely open another.” There is no such thing as despair in an ongoing life, and hope exists even in our worst times, he just wants us to try to see it and seek it out. Maybe he wants attention and to be revealed from his hiding place, and when we do this, we can change both his own and those around us.

Things may not always go as smoothly as in this short story, but opportunities will always come our way, our duty is to act with a positive mindset and knowledge in order to evaluate them.

This will be my last post in 2021, so I want to talk more about the situation and some goals for 2022, but first let's close the account with 2021.
Last year, before the new year, I couldn't participate in any activities or celebrations due to some general restrictions, because the Corona fire was blazing in my country, there is no limit for this year. Everything seemed to be going well and together with my other brothers and sisters, we created some plans and programs, but unfortunately, as a result of the positive Corona test that I had one week before the new year, all the plans fell through, in other words, I have sailed for the beginning of a new year alone under quarantine.
In general, I cannot say that 2021 was a bad year. Although I have minor health problems, I am quite well and healthy as a result.
I am ready to say goodbye to the year 2121 and to make sense of the whole year with what it taught me, it will take its place among the experiences and it will be one of my unforgettable years.
The biggest goal I have set for 2022 is that I want to start and end the new year as someone who is braver and more risk-taking than I was until this year. The risk factor here, of course, covers my investments, but after the start of the year, I can take some radical decisions about my private life by getting lost in the direction of the wind.
In the new year, SmartBCH will be a platform where I will be more interested and increase my investments, I have already determined some tokens and I have already started trading on some of them.

The ongoing economic crisis has been caused by many factors, some of which are the epidemic, administrative weakness, the wrong foreign policy and the pressures of developed countries.
As in all parts of the world, every negativity that is experienced mostly affects the people who have no income or low income, which is defined as the lower strata.
The wealthy are the ones who make the most of the opportunities that arise during the crisis, and they have more money with the money they have. The most important basis for the valuation of these opportunities is the exchange rate pressure, and it is obtained as a result of selling the product purchased at a low price when its price increases due to the effect of high inflation. Here people only work the money they have.
On the other hand, those who have difficulties in their livelihoods, on the other hand, restrict their expenditures due to the increasing pressure on them, and these restrictions cover even the most human needs in order to live.
Today, in my country, there has been a tremendous increase in the price of the minimum wage, such as 50%, and the tax has been removed from the minimum wage, a step that should have been for years.

If I look at the situation from another angle, the fact that the announced inflation is not correct may have been accepted. The percentage increase in price may reflect real inflation.
The city where I live is one of the places where the prices are the cheapest as it grows many of the country's products, however, we are negatively affected by the rising prices and we are having difficulties in living. In metropolitan cities where prices are higher, we realize that the crisis deepens and things are not easy.
In reality, our expectation and desire is to protect the purchasing power first and then to increase the purchasing power as much as possible, rather than the salary increases. No matter what part of the society we are, we want to have the right to live a better life and to be members of a humane life. We need it at the point where our needs are met. We expect our purchasing power to be increased and our material values to be preserved rather than salary increases.
If the right decisions are not taken and the mistakes made continue, the 50% price increase will dissolve in a few months and will not make any sense. I hope that the purchasing power created by this price increase will be permanent and I would like to state that our expectations are on this path. Maintaining purchasing power is a necessity for a better life.
We dream of buying any product we buy today for the same price in a few years, it shouldn't be too hard.

If I divide my life into two based on average values, 7/2 of it was spent in the village and 7/5 of it was in the city, but despite this, the best memories of my life have always been in the village. This is proof that a big part of my heart still beats in the village.
One of the most important reasons for this may be that I was born in a village, it may be one of the factors that I started primary school in the village, but I think the most important thing is that I am an active nature lover.
Located in a steep, rocky and wooded area, the village and its surroundings are more than enough to meet my ideal nature expectations, and there are other villages around, some of which are within walking distance.
About 10 years ago, we used to organize football tournaments together with other villages on one of the rare plains in the village, each village formed a team with its own players and challenged one of the other villages. The challenged village would accept it or offer a counter-offer with another challenge. Two villages playing with each other could not challenge the other village again without playing at least one match against the other villages. In other words, the many draws in football were invalid for us.
UEFA, which is one of the highest levels, and the drawing of lots that it has been applying for years in the Football tournaments it organizes has always caused gossip. Many discourses have been developed and different claims have been voiced, but this time UEFA struck the ax and, looking into the eyes of the people, caused a scandal in the drawing of lots, invalidating the drawn Champions League lots and drawing a new lot.
During this scandal, the idea that the challenge system we created in the village for years was much better than the drawing of lots came to life again in my eyes and I remembered those days.
We won a lot of games and lost a lot of games in these challenges, but the only thing that hasn't changed is that we had as much fun as we did. I know that this tradition still continues today, but due to work and other reasons, lack of time makes me miss this type of entertainment.
I have many similar memories in the village, I have dozens of friends that I love and enjoy spending time with, I still have not cut my ties with all of them and we get together at every opportunity.
Sitting on the rock under a big pine tree, drinking a few beers and chatting are some of the good times spent, not to mention the unique landscape that looks like a painting while doing it.
Or the tastes of different foods that are naturally grown in the village, the abundance of everyone's hands on treats, may be other factors of my love for my sharing soul village.
One of the biggest advantages of being in a small village is that you get to know everyone in the village from birth to death, so in some way everyone knows everyone and everyone has strong bonds in some way, whether close or far. There are zero cases of fraud, no theft whatsoever, except in very exceptional cases! Until 10-15 years ago, I did not witness anyone putting a lock on the door of their house or locking the door, now the doors are locked, but the reason is that so many people come from outside during the day.
All of these may be small details, it doesn't matter, you may think that nothing will change if it doesn't, but trust-based relationships are a way that everyone prefers and maintains. Debts are only given with words. In any way, promissory notes and similar documents are not applied between the buyer and the lender. Only those who come from outside the village or live in remote villages can be exempted from this minor detail.
When it comes to trust-based relationship, maybe most of you can understand bilateral love or marriage relationships, but the trust-based relationship I am trying to explain here is a relationship that covers the whole village, from small to large.
Today, many of them have the power to achieve the highest quality of life in the city when they turn their material values into money, yet when you look at their life in the village, they are modest, hospitable and free of arrogance. This lifestyle they have chosen has only the lines determined by them, and stretching the lines has not been accepted by even the new generations until today. Despite this, they are not behind using all technological products. Everything from the business machines that make their job easier to the mobile phones they use has the potential to meet the needs of today's living conditions.
Their greatest treasure is their lungs filled with clean oxygen, natural food and natural water resources, and the average life expectancy in all villages in this region is well above the country average.
