Winter preparations; Making pickled peppers!
Preparing/not preparing winter food in summer reminds me of the story of the ant and the cicada.
I like chilli pepper in food. Consuming it raw or adding it to a dish depends on the type of dish.
I make up for the lack of green chillies in winter with dried or pickled chillies from the summer. I don't trust greenhouse grown chillies!
I made two canning jars of pickles with the green peppers I picked from the peppers growing in the garden and on the balcony.
I chopped the green peppers in parallel and peeled 3-4 garlic cloves for each jar. The garlic cloves are to add flavour to the peppers and when combined with the smell of the peppers, they give a wonderful pickle smell.
I put the chopped peppers in the jar so that the garlic is at the bottom of the jar. A few chickpea grains can be added to contribute to the fermentation process of the pickle. This is optional, but it will add extra flavour.
Then I added salt to the grape vinegar and filled the jar with vinegar. Peppers require more salt than other pickles, the vinegar should be salty during the mixture. Depending on the pungency of the vinegar, water can be added, but since I prefer vinegar with low pungency, I did not add water. When I close the lid of the jars tightly, the pickling process begins.
After 15 days, the pickles can be opened and are ready for consumption, but they will not be opened before the winter season because they are preparations for the harsh winter season. It can be thought of as being an ant instead of a cicada, ha ha ha!

Crypto can make someone rich, but not homeless! It can improve the quality of life they have, but it does not leave them hungry! It allows them to buy what they want to buy but cannot buy over time, but it does not leave them worthless!
If there is a real bankruptcy situation by experiencing a situation contrary to all these, this is not investment but gambling. Moreover, gold has been the most reliable harbour for centuries, but no one sells all they have and invests it in gold. *Even in gold, which has turned into a wall of trust for centuries, no one will invest everything they have, why would they invest in crypto?*
In gambling or betting, you put a number in the middle and win or lose. While the gain is realised within the rate, the loss covers the entire amount of money put forward. Investment is completely different and everything it has; no one invests in a single vehicle.

Since purification devices have also lost their appeal, it seems to be the most logical choice to provide drinking water from fresh water sources again.
The only problem is that the transported water becomes stale or some of the minerals in it are lost. In order to overcome this, it will be a preference to make the transport 3 days or weekly, depending on the situation.
It may be a better investment to cash out all the investments and open a water point of sale, but given the situation in the markets, most of the investments are rubbish. Cashing them out now would be the wrong decision and would not guarantee opening a water outlet, but it would guarantee writing on the signboard and hanging it up! 😆

Ever-increasing prices make it necessary to save money and change one's life accordingly. Savings, which start with travelling and clothing, also affect what is put on the dinner table.
The importance of what the rules are loses its meaning after a certain point and dictates new rules to those who want to live.
In an ice-covered world, the priority is to keep warm and then find food to survive. Food is put on the back burner because of the cold and ice-covered world.
Or, in a world of extreme heat, the priority is to provide a favourable environment in order to cool down, keep the body temperature normal and breathe freely. Finding food to live is also a secondary priority.
In a normal world, on the other hand, meeting the need for shelter and food is the primary rule. Since everything is normal, the fulfilment of needs is determined only by options and personal priorities.

Pine gum making and benefits
