What turned out of the free giant courgette/zucchini. I call them my little half moons. They turned out pretty decent after slathering them with some cheese egg, flour, and olive oil and popping them in the oven.

If you are summer loving, then you would love Guernsey in the summers. It is surrounded by sea so you can just pick a favourite beach to swim in and do water activities in. Some are sandy, some are rocky.
