This is a Mexican Flame Leg Spider at Bristol Zoo Gardens. It's a kind of tarantula. Fun fact although tarantulas contain venom in their fangs it can't kill a person. It is no more than a bee sting, although some people are allergic to bee sting.

I like to look at them but they scare me a bit .. I don't know if I would like to hold it in my hand ..
