Buffets with paper plates and plastic utensils sometimes annoys me. These things aren't very sturdy for eating and it's also not very environmentally friendly. I guess with the pandemic disposable utensils are must. Food was great but I struggled to eat with the flimsy cutleries.

Tonight is my last night shift. Unfortunately I got called in to assist the HOT ICU as they are short staffed. It's ICU for Covid patients. We only have 3 of them here in guernsey. In the whole pandemic this is actually my first time handling Covid patients and it is quite heart breaking. Delayed Christmas wish I hope my patient will remain stable throughout the night.
