SINULOG FESTIVAL of Cebu, Philippines The biggest, grandest and the most colorful festival in the country. Celebrated every 3rd Sunday of January in honor of the Holy Child, Señor Santo Niño. Sad to say, the Local Government of Cebu cancelled the festival this year due to COVID-19 pandemic
