What are the top tier cards of each Splinterlands league?

Manual sorting for manual renting After digging through jacekw's latest post about card usage and their win rates, I believe I've successfully sorted the strength of the most generally useful cards in all of the current Splinterlands crypto game meta. The best cards are seen in Tier 1, while very competitive cards get Tier 2.
