Well, well, well… guess what I found in my compost bag? A ready to plant avocado tree! What a beautiful gift from nature! For years I was planning to save an avocado seed and make it grow with some complicated methods I read about and this week I just found it grew all by itself. I doubt I can grow it into a big tree in our climate, but I can enjoy a little tree if I take it indoors in the winter time I guess ☺️

I would like to grow it too but we have a cold climate here. I planted a 7 year old lemon tree. I don't know if it will survive the winter.

Hopefully it'll grow and bear fruit too Monika. In here our avocado tree is already grown up as high as our roof and I keep praying sooner it'll bear fruit as it's my fav of all fruits.
