Working life has began *Friday, 22nd of July 2022* As I scroll through my articles I realise I haven’t been writing for 2 months now! What can I say? I really needed some time off for Number 1 - myself. Firstly I was struggling with anxiety and depression which I needed to address urgently. Secondly I had to get back to full time employment.
