Good evening noise.cash i need you guys. Tomorrow is my follow up check up. So recently nga po nung October is nahirapan akong huminga nagka infection yata left lung ko so nagigising ako every 3am or 12am na basa ng pawis as in oa na pawis. So sunod sunod wala akong maayos na tulog nagka nervous breakdown na naman ako so ate ko at mama ko dinala ako sa albularyo tapos sa psychiatrist niresetahan ako ng sleeping pills. Pero nung nagtetake ako nakakatulog naman ako pero nagigising parin ako sa madaling araw. So ibig sabihin di utak ang problem kundi may sakit talaga baga ko. Hopefully bukas makapunta ako sa TB center ng district hospital namin kasi grabe ang lagnat at pagpayat ko. This was my chest x-ray last 2019 nung nagpa check ako ng condition ko. From then di ako nakabalik nireseta lang sakin is multivitamins ma stresstabs tapos yung mefinamic acid na branded ang mahal. Sana yung naipon ko magkasya bukas sa pamasahe at pagpa xray gusto ko na kasi talaga ma diagnosis sakit ko. Guys please pray for us na mga may mga karamdaman. #NoiseCash

At dahil ang lamig kagabi pagising ko nagutom na naman ako ng sobra kaya naman eto na naman ang inyong ninja turtle nagbukas na naman ng refrigerator at surprise merong laman ang ref unahan na lang to bwahaha. Finally I'm done with my 4 loads of laundry. It was so exhausting. This means I need some eating to get my energy back. At the moment this is the weather. This is causing me runny nose and colds. But to stay warm is the key here. Drink more warm fluids and eat more. Exercise more and also more water. Anyways I am now doing my laundry. I was surprised that now we have our own washing machine (not yet fully paid) our electricity and water bills are going higher. So I managed to do laundry once a week. To avoid solo laundry. To save water and electricity. Now I'm hungry, I want to eat lol #NoiseCash

Here we go again i wake up again at 3am maybe I wanted to pee or I am sweating again. And then I felt hungry silly me. Meron na naman akong nakita sa refrigerator namin cassava cake yata ito. Pasensya na malabo kasi gabi pa di ako nagbukas ng ilaw sa kusina yung ilaw lang sa labas yan. Hi there I was hungry and I decided to check what's inside our refrigerator. Luckily i found one container a chocolate pack of Ferrero Roche. My thinking was who could have left it. I thought it is real chocolate I was laughing when I opened it. It was not chocolate lol. But this is siomai may favorite too. So I was still happy. I am now eating fancy chocolates or rather siomai for snack. It was quite a disappointment but at least it has something on it. Happy eating! While I'm checking my sister's modules. #NoiseCash

It is also lovely seeing the greeneries and the blue sky. They say we nurture nature but we are indeed nurtured by nature. The nature provides us every thing from food to shelter to something like healing. If you are depressed just meditate loosen up watch and listen to the world around you.
