Good morning noise cash community! It's early that i woke up my mother is cooking tubers this is butig a kind of yam that is cooked with coconut milk and sugar until it caramelizes and the mixture becomes oil in the top, but not everything oil on top. I mean the coconut when boiled for a long time it becomes oil and that's healthy oil. And i pair this lugaw with a hot cup of coffee to start my day. Have a great day ahead everyone! #Photography
