For those users experiencing no tips and free tips you have to be rated at least "GOOD" so you get tips and free tips. You noticed when you're rated bad or if nobody rated you, there is always "you're posting too fast" and then "avoid spam copied from already posted content", it turns out noise.cash limits your daily posts and comments as i also experienced this. So my tip to you all post a very interesting content, encourage your subscribers to rate you and or someone to rate you it depends in them if they rate you good. And that's it. Just be active here!
