Lumpiang Togue are large sized spring rolls filled with mixed vegetables, main ingredient is bean sprouts, usually served with vinegar. I remember i saw someone making this the mother of my classmate in elementary. She makes these and cook them and sell them on the street for their living. Mother's always find ways to earn for living. She's a single parent by the way.
