Hi there it's been a while since my last post because my Sunday night and Monday morning is busy. I've got to cook these native chicken for dinner. I am thinking of roasting the chicken put some lemon grass inside and put many ginger for added aroma. Have you tried roast chicken? Is it your favorite food like me? Have you tried native chickens they are different from farm raised chicken that are fed with feeds while the former feeds on anything available in the ground. They are quite skinny than those raised with feeds. #Photography
