Good evening noise cash community its already six seventeen pm. Instead of cooking for dinner we decided to buy ready made viand so we went to the city and buy kilos of this very delicious boneless lechon. For those that are not familiar with lechon in the Philippines we always cook lechon or whole pig cooked in charcoal with herbs and spices stuffed inside its stomach like lemon grass leaves just like in roast chicken but there is a special lechon using piglet and there is another the boneless version that is very convenient. The price for boneless lechon is quite high but its okay because we don't usually eat everytime. Its just we crave for it after looking for something for dinner.
