Bought these half kilos of eggplant for 35PHP at the little vendor nearby in our house. She gave me extra eggplants too, hehe. Since it's really hard to think what meal to prepare daily, I bought eggplants for today's dinner. I want to make torta for later, however, it needs extra effort, so I will just prepare that for tomorrow. Later, I will just cook some in the oyster sauce so it would be saucy. 😁 Do have any eggplant recipes there? Have a nice afternoon, by the way. 💚
