My morning was so busy early today, I do the laundry because the sun was so high. Yet while I'm in the middle of my chore, I noticed tiny red spots on my knees, then when I checked my legs, they also have similar spots, and my arms got it too. At first, I thought they were just insect bites, yet when I felt uncomfortable on my face, I checked it in the mirror and I saw I got rashes everywhere on my body. I was wondering what triggered these rashes, my breakfast was just a hard-boiled egg, a cup of coffee, and an instant pancit Canton. Then I have a peanut dessert and I don't have allergies to the foods I mentioned however they could be the reason for the trigger. Gladly, I still have cetirizine on our medicine kit. Now, I decided to just rinse my laundry later until my rashes go. And seems the sky wanted me to rest too because it suddenly rains too at the moment. Have you experienced the same, sudden rash appearing on your body?
