Do you prefer lots of veggies in your pancit guisado too? This afternoon, we will be cooking pancit guisado since it's my uncle's birthday today. And it will be a veggie-full pancit hehe. I just finished helping my cousin to answer his midterm exam this afternoon. I helped him in making a project plan, it gave me lots of sweat while thinking about the mission, vision, objectives, etc. 😅 How are you guys? Just kinda busy and my left arm is aching slightly too, maybe due to overwork with keyboards. Have a wonderful Monday.
