I passed by into this Bugnay/Bignay tree and I see plenties of its fruits again. The tree is located outside the gate near the road. And the fruits aren't ripe yet, you know when it's ripe when the tiny fruits turn reddish to purplish-black. When we were young before, my playmates and I used to plucked those fruits and ate them. Now that I became a grown-up, I don't know why but I don't like the taste of it now. 😅

Fruit picking while playing under and on the trees is the best! At the beginning of the summer we often eat the green fruit, than spitted out or we didn't eat second time just trow as a softball (well...kinda...) to each other. Anyways... as you mentioned, I think the play and excitement around this little adventures gives the taste to the fruit when we are children. Although I never saw a Bugnay tree in life... I remembered those non-edible, crude, sour and sometimes bitter tastes we ate from the unripe cherries, plums, apples.... they looked like toys.... but they were horrible :)) But you gave a great taste of child, vacancy mood, so thank you! Have a great week and summer! >D
