For me, January to February is the coldest month, cooler than December would you agree? I remember back in college, during the mentioned months, my jaws were always shaking every time I am riding the tricycle going to the university due to coldness. And today, I could feel the chilliness despite the bright sun shining. 23°C for tropical countries like PH is considered cold already. Have a chilly and happy morning!
