They said, the early bird catches the worm, I certainly caught two worms or caterpillars rather early this morning. I wonder why one of the alocasias at the yard withered and got their leaves eaten by something. And I saw these two fellas hiding underneath. I eventually assumed it's not a soon-to-be butterfly, it's a moth just by looking at their physical appearance. To make sure, I searched Google lens and it gave me an accurate result. It's a Hippotion celerio or a vine-hawk moth. So I get them but didn't kill them. 😅 I just put them on another spot away from my plants. I just can't stand to feed them to the chickens.😅
