There's a well-known phrase about Ilonggas before, “Basta Ilongga Gwapa”. Gwapa means beautiful in women. And Ilonggas are women who were born and raised in Iloilo. I believe it all started from a song with the same title. But see how beautiful Rabiya is, she just gives justice to that saying. 😁 Basta Ilongga Gwapa, do you agree?
