Have you heard of or tasted Bangus Sardines? My Aunt handed me this dish called Bangus Sardines made by the farmers during their livelihood program. My aunt is working for NIA or National Irrigation Association and they are always serving, giving programs, and even hearing legal solutions to the landowners, especially the farmers. And yesterday and today, they held a program for the farmers to try as a livelihood, and here is their product. She gave me some so I could taste this unique dish and soon if approved, it will be sold in the market. ☺ Now I don't have to think about what viand to prepare for me and my husband for dinner hehe. The one on the attached photo is the actual look of Bangus Sardines. ☺ Maybe this one is Spanish-styled since it has bay leaves and whole peppercorns. Can’t wait to taste this! I’m still waiting for our rice to be cooked and it's dinner time. ☺
