Woke up at this late hour (3:01 am), thankfully the rain somehow stopped. It rained here non-stop the whole day yesterday and the cold weather makes me to not feel well. I also received warnings from the NDRRMC that our province is under the Red rainfall warning. Hopefully, later in the morning the sun will finally show up. All I can do is pray that this tropical depression will exit the country.
