How are you guys? Happy First of December! See? Time flies sooooooo fast indeed. My November was too fast too that I didn't see December coming. I was preoccupied with meetings and agendas for the upcoming Christmas parties of my kids with us, and the parents too. My goodness, my December will be busier than ever I guess. For now, our viand is ready hehe, I cooked them their favorite chicken adobo with no other ingredients, lol. Since everything is pricey nowadays, I forgot to buy some onions and garlic too. I just use whatever is available in the kitchen. Thankfully it tastes nice despite the missing ingredients. 😆
