We're on the 2nd day of December and just how many days left we're going to say goodbye to 2025. My father visited me yesterday, we shared thoughts about the upcoming Christmas day and he said he like to spend his Christmas here together with his new partner and it's fine with me. I'm sure the kids will be happy to celebrate Christmas with their grandfather here. Yearly, only the 4 of us celebrate Christmas but I guess it will be a different Christmas this year. ☺️

I'm suffering a chest pain on my right side today. It just started this afternoon and until tonight the pain was on and off. I felt heaviness on my chest too. Also I feel gassy, I always burp, and can feel air inside my tummy. I don't know what's going on. 🥺

Another Low pressure entered PAR today and it's very gloomy and started to rain. The kids were at school, I hope the rain won't be heavy later on their dismissal. My chest pain somehow isn't that painful anymore unlike the one I had yesterday. Hopefully, it will go soon. I keep on burping and feel acidity in my stomach maybe that's the reason, just maybe, but I hope it'll be better sooner. 🙏🏻

Yesterday, an unfortunate event happened to me. I woke up with a better feeling, my cousin and husband even praised me that I looked better than before. I was very happy but a few hours later. Good morning it's a fine day, need to rest and eat fruits everyday I have vegetable soup..I hope I'll gain weight soon. But sometimes I really find it hard to burp and that's making me feel not good. I'm still on recovery and I need to rest more drink water more and eat more healthy foods. Also taking my vitamins daily now so I can have extra source of multivitamins and minerals.

good morning! Currently eating some apples after my breakfast. I also took fish oil and later at lunch I'll take my multivitamins. It's hard to gain weight if you have no food in the table. I'm just so lucky my Aunt cares for me a lot she provides me fruits weekly also some breads. How are you guys? I'm feeling better today though I still have trapped gas, and feel a little tired, I know I'm very deficient in many nutrients. I'm so thin that's why I can't fully recover yet. Currently taking fish oil in the morning and multivitamins at lunch time. I went back to my old multivitamins Moriamin forte since it specialized fro malnutrition, I know in myself that I am malnourished and very weak due to lack of nutrients.
