Due to Nepal's geographical location, its cuisines have been greatly influenced by neighboring countries such as Tibet, Bhutan, India, Pakistan and China. When I was in Kathmandu, the food I ate reminded me of the Indian food that is also found in Malaysia. And then there's the famed Masala tea. This is a typical Nepalese meal, as you can see, lots of roti and curry.
