As though I am not busy enough, this morning, I got the grand idea of repurposing my old content and posting it somewhere else. I watched the video that I did two years ago, and thought that I can do a better job for it this time. Hohoho... Let's see how long this will take me.

The pandemic and its ensuing lockdown have really upset our routine. I'm not sure about others but mine... I'm definitely not back in the groove yet. Today is All Soul's Day and we didn't visit the grave of my grandma and aunt like we did in the past. Luckily, I didn't forget to request RIP mass for them, an annual routine of mine. Frankly, I only remembered because I marked it on my calendar!

In the blink of an eye, it's been 10 days since I last posted here. Just want to show this shaver that I bought for my dad because he was asking me to get it, yadda yadda yadda... I didn't wait until 11.11 because there were only two units left, so I bought it on the 7th and it arrived on the 10th. After passing it to my dad, he straight away called my bro and handed it to him. I'm like... got conned.

Nothing's new. My online life is still broken. I attended the opening of a new convenience store in the city the other day. This is the chain's number 651 outlet and they have the opening of 652nd outlet in a couple of days' time. Can you imagine how large this chain of stores is? 24-hour convenience stores like this one are seriously competitive here in my country and there are a handful of chains with hundreds of outlets each.

This little flower came through the fence from my neighbor's house. To me, a flower is a flower and I can never remember their names, except for the really common ones, of course. However, I like to check their species and if you do not know yet, this is this mobile app called PlanetNet that can help identify plants, flowers, leaves and trees. I use it when I come across random flowers like today, and this is the match. Very accurate, based on the other photo samples…

I really don't like how it works that I am unable to comment on ANY posting that I fancy, because I can only comment on posts by the person who also follows me back. When this site first started, I was able to comment on these people's postings because they followed me and so, I followed them back. Now, I cannot comment on them, which means that I follow them still but they have stopped following me. Like WTF, you want to build your follower base, but you don't want to…

I live in this Malaysiandistrict called Kinta and this region known as Kinta Valley was a top tin ore producer back in the 1970s until the world price crashed in the early 1980s. The other day, I was in town and saw that some artists have wood engraved the tin tycoons of those times. I really admire their work. Have a look.

In the blink of an eye, we are at the end of the month and then there's just one full month to 2023. I sometimes wonder, where the hell did the time go? What happened this past year is just a blur in my mind, but let me just share what I ate a couple of days ago. This is called "nasi lemak burger" but without the rice (nasi). What a unique preparation. Oh, we received a notice that there will be a power disruption for 5 hours to day because of some maintenance work. Huhu!
