One of the best things about traveling is the opportunity to savor different cuisines. This was my lunch of authentic Javanese food when I visited Batam, Indonesia. It was a simple meal accompanied by "sego pecel" (vegetable dish) which you can see at the top of the photo. #throwback

Just received a mailer from the office that this Monday is a public holiday because it's the King's birthday! Woohooo... I have forgotten. So, it's a three-day weekend again! In the old days, I would have planned to go on a trip somewhere... but still can't yet. Ohmmmm!!!

Happy Dragon Boat Festival. Time to eat dumpling. This is my mom's because my dad only bought one and it's for her. Good news for me is that my China clients are on holiday, while Monday is my holiday. No need to communicate for 4 days. Happy meeee 😂

Won a card R171 in a giveaway, giving me the fans required to start on the 2nd level of missions, that need at least 400 fans. R171 is selling at 10K Starbits in the marketplace. Can't afford as I'm saving for pizza slice. Besides, am trying to reduce my ego. It's a long journey from 100%, then 76%. 😅

Didn't eat out yet in June until today's lunch. Discovered that true to the reports in the news, prices have risen across the board beginning this month, following the implementation of MYR1500 minimum wage. This white coffee is now MYR2.40 from MYR2.20. The Char Keuy Teow is now MYR8 from MYR7.50... and its size remains smallish.

Came across this car today. This is like an AirBnB service but for cars. I wonder if anyone would utilize their vehicle like this, short-term renting for strangers to drive for that slight profit.

Wooeeee received a Standard Pack today. This is only my third pack for Season 3. Hoping for more. Unfortunately, there is a problem with their server and the pack didn't arrive. One player said it took him 7 hours to receive the drop, so I'm gonna wait for 7 hours, too. LOL

Lazy to fry chicken, so just bought it from outside. There's a chicken shortage in my country. I'm not worried about myself but my Lucky - she eats chicken breast daily!

The 7in tablet that I bought for my dad to be used as a phone has arrived. This will replace his existing one, which has a display problem now, after almost two years of use. Looks like I've given myself work to do tonight, as I have to set it up for him.

The tempered glass screen protector and folio that I bought for my papa's new tablet arrived yesterday. I went to the shop (branch of the selling store) to get the tempered glass fixed last evening. Then, I put on the folio. After using it just for a while, this morning he told me that he doesn't like the folio and prefers to use the cheap plastic back cover that came with the phone. Huhu there goes my money because there is no other device at home that can use this folio!

What a busy morning. Went out to a classic car event organized by a friend and then off to lunch because it's Father's Day where I am. My dad's got a new tablet, cash and most of all, our company.

What a busy weekend I had. Looks like I'm back in action, living my old life. Well, at least a part of it. Had a taste of this delicious durian cake - a cake that was baked using durian, and in the shape of a durian.
