Good evening everyone! I can't sleep yet. My stomach hurts. It's my hyperacidity x GERD. This always happens to me when I eat bread or chocolate or something with sauce and today I ate bread and crinkles cookies and sardines with tomato sauce. Earlier I drank 1 Gaviscon Double action and thought I could make it through the night but unfortunately, my stomach really still hurts and I kept on burping and everytime I burp theres a painful like line going on my throat. I asked my nephew to buy me meds so hopefully this will go away. Night fellas!
